We support and encourage Ashe county athletes!
We provide pre-participation physical examinations for student athletes. We also evaluate patients for participation in Special Olympics and Senior Games as necessary. We are available for evaluation and management of acute injuries as well as chronic conditions arising from sporting and other physical activities. Our extensive facilities include in-house cardiac exercise stress testing to evaluate for potential problems before "at risk" adults begin an exercise program or participation in Ashe Memorial Hospital's Mountain Hearts Program.
